Founded in November 2016, von Diezelski & Turgeon, LLC is a civil litigation firm located in Annapolis, Maryland. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality legal representation and counseling to our diverse clientele, and doing so in a timely and cost-effective manner. Our founding partners, Michael von Diezelski and Thomas Turgeon, are highly experienced civil trial lawyers admitted to practice in all federal and state Courts of Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Tom and Mike were partners in both a small and a national law firm before forming von Diezelski & Turgeon, LLC. Together, they offer clients decades of experience and success in a range of civil litigation matters. Von Diezelski & Turgeon's litigation practice is concentrated on the defense of physicians and other health care providers in professional negligence and related matters, as well as the defense of general liability matters. We routinely handle cases ranging from simple bodily injury claims to complicated, multi-million dollar professional liability claims.
In addition to our litigation practice, we provide counseling to solo and small medical practices. The range of services include counseling on HIPAA issues, employment and operating agreements, contract review and similar needs of a small medical practice. We take great pride in offering our clients sophisticated counseling and representation for a reasonable price.
