TIFFANY D. RANDOLPH
Ms. Randolph is counsel in the firm’s Litigation Department and health care practice group. She represents health care providers in multiple phases of medical malpractice litigation in both Maryland and the District of Columbia from pre-suit notice of claims through trial and any appellate proceedings. She has represented physicians, nurses, and other licensed professionals before licensing board in both Maryland and the District of Columbia.
Ms. Randolph’s work for clients includes:
Serving as first chair for a medical malpractice jury trial in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County;
Participating as second chair in more than 15 medical malpractice circuit court trials defending the interests of health care providers in Maryland and D.C.;
Drafting an appellate brief and successfully arguing before the Maryland Court of Special Appeals;
Serving as lead counsel in two district court trials in Maryland and obtaining defense verdicts; and
Researching, drafting, and arguing pre-trial and dispositive motions at the circuit court level.
Ms. Randolph also served as a law clerk for The Honorable Barry G. Williams, Judge in the Circuit Court for Baltimore City.
