Thomas P. He has extensive experience defending property and casualty insurers against first party claims for breach of contract, homeowner’s and fire insurance coverage benefits and bad faith.  He defends commercial businesses, hospitals, hotels and individual healthcare providers in a wide range of actions sounding in general liability, medical malpractice and breach of contract. Mr. Turgeon has handled all facets of insurance defense and litigation in U.S. District Courts and in the multiple District and Circuit Courts of Maryland as well as in the District of Columbia.  He has successfully presented winning arguments to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and in the Maryland Court of Special Appeals.
